Barbara Ellen Leicht, MSEd, is a “Former Teacher, Forever Educator,” Trauma Survivor turned Thriver, and  Mindset Career Coach with 14+ years’ expertise. She specializes in career pivots, higher education, and authentic and strategic relationship building.

Transforming her invisible disabilities into superpowers, Barbara leverages a strengths-based, person-centered, trauma-informed approach to delivering research-backed Corporate Trainings and virtual Career Coaching.
